Lexum Resources Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026Lexum Resources provides automated B2B outreach: prospect research, writing and sending emails and LinkedIn messages, follow-ups, forwarding replies, and a report, as described in the package you choose (the Starter Pilot, the Pilot or Ongoing). Prices are listed on our main page. Payment is due before work starts and is processed by Stripe. Ongoing plans are billed monthly. The setup fee and the first month are due before work starts, and each later month is charged on the same date. We don't guarantee leads, meetings, customers or revenue, because replies depend on your offer and your market.Prospect counts. The number of prospects in your package is stated in your signed service agreement. Counts shown on our main page are maximums ("up to"), and the number in your signed agreement is the one that applies. Per-prospect prices and savings on our main page do not include setup fees. They are the campaign fee, or the monthly fee for Ongoing plans, divided by the maximum count, and are shown for comparison and proportional refunds only.Pilot prices. The Starter Pilot is $450, made up of a $150 setup fee and a $300 campaign fee. The Pilot is $750, made up of a $150 setup fee and a $600 campaign fee.Upgrade credit. If you move from a Starter Pilot or Pilot to an Ongoing plan before the 30-day period ends, we credit the $150 setup fee toward the Ongoing setup fee.Setup fees. A setup fee is charged once for each package, when it begins, and is not charged again for later months of the same Ongoing plan. A new package, or a new target group, has its own setup fee, except for the upgrade credit described above.Refunds. Once we send the first email or LinkedIn message, there are no refunds except for undelivered prospects, as described below. We never refund based on replies, meetings or results.Starter Pilot and Pilot: If you cancel before we send the first email or LinkedIn message, we refund the full campaign fee and 50% of the setup fee. After sending starts, there are no refunds, and the setup fee is not refunded. The only exception is if we send to fewer prospects than the count in your signed agreement. In that case we refund the campaign fee in proportion to the shortfall. We do not refund a shortfall caused by delays on your side.Ongoing: If you cancel before we send the first email or LinkedIn message, we refund the first monthly payment in full and 50% of the setup fee. After sending starts, there are no refunds, and the setup fee is not refunded. The only exception is if we deliver fewer prospects in a month than the count in your signed agreement. In that case we refund the monthly fee in proportion to the shortfall or, if you agree, add the shortfall to the next month. We do not refund a shortfall caused by delays on your side.Ongoing minimum. Ongoing plans have a 3-month minimum commitment. The $1,200 monthly fee is due for each of the first 3 months ($3,600 in total, in addition to the setup fee), even if you cancel earlier, except for the refunds described above. After the minimum, the plan runs month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel.You agree to give us accurate information and to promote only lawful products and services. We send every email and LinkedIn message individually, with our contact details and an opt-out line, and we follow CAN-SPAM and LinkedIn's rules for its platform. LinkedIn is a third-party platform. We can't guarantee that a message will be delivered or accepted, or that an account will stay available. If you sign a service agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the current period.
